A:   On regular listed items we may restock but it's not guranteed, however on the "Couture Collection " we will not restock.

A:   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Paypal.

Q:   DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

A:   No, you are not required to have a paypal account to purchase from this store.

 

Q:  HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A:  Confirmations are automatically sent via email once a order has been placed and payment received.

Q:  HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

A:  Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be packed and shipped. If placed during the weekend your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Q:  WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

A:   We ship using USPS Priority mail and USPS Express Priority Mail.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

A: As soon as your package is shipped you will receive a confirmation via email which will provide you with a confirmation number. You may track your purchase using the tracking number here.
